All clients and customers will have 100% rights of their photos taken during their photo session.
Jullie Vansant Photography reserves the right to use photographs, taken either during photo sessions for the purposes of marketing, advertising and promoting Julie Vansant Photography and its services. Customers, clients, and/or minors, who do not wish to be involved with our marketing campaigns must notify us in writing prior to when they take their photo session.
You release Julie Vansant Photography, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication of photograph.
USERNAME & PASSWORD
When you become a Member of JulieVansantPhotography.com, you agree to take responsibility for all activities that occur in accordance to your account or password. You agree not to sell, transfer, and/or assign your membership or any rights associated with your membership. You are responsible for the keep sake, confidentiality of your username and password. You will not share your username and password with other, otherwise your subscription will be automatically cancels. JulieVansantPhotography.com, the publisher of JulieVansantPhotography.com reserves the right to terminate your account if you violate our terms.

All responsibility and liability of the use of copyright/trademark materials is held by advertiser. Advertiser certifies that they have the permission to use copyright/trademark materials submitted for ad placement. All are nonrefundable. Advertiser will receive credit towards future if ad is canceled before ending date.
